November 12th

Read: Hebrews 12:1-2 and Ephesians 5:8-9

One of the truths I have needed to embrace is that God is still working on me! I am in no wise anything but a sinner saved by His grace. I need correction and adjustment in my life all the time, and I am so thankful to know that the Adjuster is my Mighty and Loving God.

ALPHA AND OMEGA
God is the Author of my life.
He shapes and molds above,
Corrects a flaw, removes all strife,
And leads from fear to love.

God is adjusting me each day
To fit His great design.
He shows me pitfalls in the way
And doth my heart refine.

Christ is the Finisher all along
Of every perfect trend.
He floods my life with praise and song
And pilots to the end.

Prayer: Dear God, help me to submit to Your correction and to cooperate with Your adjustments so that I might glorify You.
