Read: 1 John 1:9; Hebrews 10:7-18; 1 Peter 1:3-5: Romans 7:15-25

FAITHFUL AND JUST
If we take our sins to Jesus
And give them to His care,
His great love will relieve us
In answer to our prayer.

He always comes to meet us
When we in faith confess;
With gentleness He’ll treat us
And with His mercy bless.

Then Jesus takes each error
Unto His precious blood
And purges of each terror
Beneath the cleansing flood.

With guilt and fear unburdened
And hearts cleansed white as snow,
We’re reassured and certain
Of power where’er we go.

His love each heart doth soften;
His mind sets ours astir,
But we must seek Him often
For daily do we err.

Prayer: Dear Father, thank You for Your cleansing power. Thank You for loving me and forgiving me.
